Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him has received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the notification to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a valid cancellation, all payments received will be refunded immediately and no later than fourteen days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Note on natural products

Our products are partly or entirely natural products.

Natural color variations, grain patterns, small irregularities, structures or individual characteristics do not constitute a defect, but are typical properties of the natural material used.

Each product is unique.

Minor deviations in shape, color or surface compared to product images or previous deliveries are therefore possible and do not entitle the customer to a complaint or cancellation due to defects.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

This applies in particular to custom-made products, personalized products and individually adapted goods.

5. Regulations regarding down payments / partial payments

For custom-made products, a partial payment of 50% of the total price is due before production begins.

This partial payment serves to cover material, planning and labor costs and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or withdrawal after production has begun (§ 312 d para. 4 no. 1 BGB).

For standard goods without individualization, the statutory right of withdrawal applies without restriction.
